Who is responsible

International Federation of Daseinsanalysis, International non-profit association (AISBL) under Belgian law, enterprise number 535.772.867, registered at Rue Leys 18, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Contact: ifdaseinsanalysis@gmail.com.

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party trackers. Browsing it leaves no profile with us.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and, if you give it, the telephone number you enter, together with your message. We use them only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.

The register of practitioners

The site publishes the names, countries and qualifications of the practitioners recorded by the federation, as communicated by the member associations. This serves the public interest in being able to identify a qualified practitioner. Any listed practitioner may ask for their entry to be corrected or removed by writing to us.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell or rent personal data. Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted by a form-handling provider and reach us by email. Beyond that, data is shared only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the matter it concerns. Register entries are kept for as long as the practitioner remains recorded by a member association.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Write to ifdaseinsanalysis@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
